Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nativve ("we", "us"), an AI-powered platform for small businesses, including its products and any connected services you choose to enable. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Nativve connects to business tools you already use and runs AI agents on top of them: answering customer messages, sorting incoming mail, scheduling, drafting follow-ups, and similar work. Each product is described on its own page, and each connection you make is one you explicitly authorize.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your access credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must have the authority to connect any business account you connect. Do not connect a mailbox or a page you do not administer.
• You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for a business purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to harass anyone, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another customer's data. Do not resell the service or attempt to reverse engineer it.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. We process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell it. You can disconnect any connected account at any time, and you can request deletion of everything we hold through our data deletion instructions.

AI output

Parts of the service generate text, summaries, classifications, and extracted document details using AI models. These can be wrong. Anything the service produces is a draft for your review, never a substitute for professional judgment. This matters most for accounting, tax, legal, and financial figures: check them before you rely on them or send them to anyone. You remain responsible for what you send and what you file.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Fees

Where a product is paid, pricing and billing terms are those agreed with you in writing. Pilot and trial access may be provided at no charge and may end at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Nativve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken, or if required by law. On termination you may request deletion of your data as described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated to active customers.
